The restaurant offers outstanding food and serves fresh breakfast with a side of fresh fruit salad, located very close to all the attractions in the area.

Nice hosts, really clean rooms, good shower, fab breakfast, cosy family feel, books/games to borrow, nice spaces to sit, entertaining breakfast chats! An all round great place to stay. Just wish it had been slightly closer to the conference venue, but no fault on the part of Mark n Angela!! Thoroughly recommend it.

It took us a while to work out how to make the radiators hotter but once that was sorted all was well!

I had read the other reviews and spoke to the owner. I was not disappointed the hotel owner was friendly and the place was spotlessly clean. The room had a great shower and a comfy bed. The breakfast room was welcoming and the breakfast tasty.

We had such a great time here that we didn't want to say goodbye! 😊

If anything the parking would be a problem at busy times but we had no problem.

Exceptional location by the beach. Savoury breakfast, en suite king room. Lots of food at breakfast, such as fresh fruit, eggs and bacon.

I truly enjoyed my stay here and couldn't recommend it more. the weather was lovely during my visit. - the staff were extremely friendly and ready to accommodate any request. - the beds were exceptionally comfortable. - the room was a great size with a balcony, coffee, and complimentary Wi-Fi provided.

Bay Lodge was lovely beautiful room with sea view, bonus balcony, good choise for breakfast, very clean and comfortable, friendly and helpfull proprieters, would recomend it.

I had a wonderful experience here. the location was magnificent near the seafront in the center of Eastbourne and Sovereign Harbour. - the room was good sized here with a big bathroom. - Loved the bright decor. - the balcony, coffee, and free WiFi were at a high level.

The staff at Bay Lodge Guest House were really helpful and super friendly. the rooms were brand-new, tastefully decorated, with smoke detectors and lovely views. - the location was particularly good, steps away from Christ Church. - the hotel was a super base for enjoying a communal lounge area.

The hotel was fairly clean, facilities were very good, magnificent and perfect location close enough to the pier and local amenities, all the attractions Eastbourne has to offer and main shops. The dining room had a huge variety of outstanding meals for breakfast.

We really liked the location of this B&B and that it was walking distance to shops, resturants,peer etc. The owners were friendly and everything was straight forward. The B&B was immaculately clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast selection was perfect and the cooked breakfast was hot and very nice. Although there were many guests, the place was lovely and quiet late at night and early in the morning. No squeaky floorboards!!! just perfect for a quiet weekend getaway.
